riteSCAN Labor Track Approvals Introduction
The riteSCAN Labor Track Approvals Module allows Supervisors to Approve, Edit or Delete Employee time entries from the Labor Tracking Module before they are posted to SYSPRO. The module is located under the Work In Progress section or riteSCAN 8.
1) To enable the use of Approvals go to Role Setup > Labor Track > Check the Enable Approvals checkbox.
2) Upon entering the Approvals Module, there will not be any Date or Status filters set by default. Click on the Filter icon to setup Date window or Status Filters to reduce the amount of records shown on screen and make it easier to use.
3) The time entries can then be Approved, Edited or Deleted individually by clicking the Edit button or the triangle to the right of the Edit button to dropdown the Approve or Delete options.
4) Multiple entries can be Approved at one time by using the checkboxes along the left side of the screen and then clicking the Approve Selected button. Multiple items cannot be Edited or Deleted at one time.
5) Once the entries have been Approved they are Posted to SYSPRO and can no longer be Edited or Unapproved.
