riteSCAN Stock Items Introduction

The Stock Item module displays Stock Codes as they are listed in SYSPRO. You can view them by Warehouses, Bins, Pallets, and other details. This guide will cover the use of the Stock Items module.

As you enter the main page, you will see a list of Stock Items. You can sort by any column, as well as edit the displayed columns by clicking the below icon.

From here, click “Columns” to edit the visible columns. After applying these settings, you will return to the main page.

Select a Stock Item by clicking on the Stock Code.

You will be taken to this screen. Click the Warehouse to view Stocking Info. 

Click the settings cog next tp the search bar to enter the Module Options screen. You have the option to Filter Zero Quantity. 

Bins, Pallets, Details

Click any of these options to view the respective details. 

In the Bins screen you can click the Bin to view Bin info.

If you are licensed for Pallet Tracking, you can view Pallet info in the Pallet screen.
