If the following error reports that "It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.", open the riteSCAN Admin in Chrome or Firefox (not Internet Explorer). Do this on the server where riteSCAN is installed.
Also, you must use the url "localhost:8301", you cannot use the servers IP address in the web url.
