Please refer to the following article for resolution: Re-register the SysPro Encore.dll


1) Verify that riteSCAN Admin > General Settings > SYSPRO Version is set to V8.

2) Verify that riteSCAN Admin > System Setup > SYSPRO Connection Settings > WCF Address is set correctly to connect to your SYSPRO Communication Service.
