The nmsupplier refers to the Cost Multiplier Supplier and is required when using a Cost Multiplier.
The Cost Multiplier Supplier can be setup in the riteSCAN Administration application, as shown below. The value can be set for All Operators but keep in mind if any individual operator has the "Set for Operator" setting checked, then their individual settings will override the All Operators settings. If this is the case, be sure to set the Cost Multiplier Supplier under the individual Operator's settings as well.
