Error - "Exceeded subscription activation limit"

This error indicates that you have exceeded the number of servers available to be activated to host riteSCAN.

This can be due to:

  1. Attempting to activate additional servers.
  2. Hardware changes on physical or virtual servers.
  3. Changing the host of a virtual server.
  4. Changing the name of the server.

You can attempt to Deactivate your existing activation in the riteSCAN Administration application, under the Registration tab. However, if your hardware has already changed, the deactivation attempt may fail. If that is the case, you will need to contact support to have the activation manually removed. Once the server is deactivated, it can then be activated once again.
