For “Date was not recognized as a valid string”, please stop and restart the Ultidev service. See knowledge base article: Restarting the UltiDev Web Server Service
If that does not resolve the problem, you may need to reinstall the riteSCAN license file. See knowledge base article: Installing the riteSCAN License File
We have made improvements to riteSCAN that address this issue, please consider updating riteSCAN to the current version.
