Error - "One or more errors occurred" during Activation or Deactivation (riteLicense)

  1. Ensure that you do NOT have any old license file (.rlf file) in the Web Service directory.
  2. If this error is occurring during Activation, please ensure that the server where the riteSCAN Web Service is installed is able to navigate to https://ritelicense.com/
    • If you're not able to navigate to the site, you may need to work with your IT department to allow the server to communicate with that url.
  3. All licensing errors are logged with greater detail, more information on where to find the log file can be found here:
