Error - "Error getting License: 'SOAP invalid license number'. License Status 'Product has expired'"

If you are on version 6.44 or higher, please ensure that you do not have a .rlf file present in the following directory on your server: C:\Program Files (x86)\riteSOFT\riteSCAN Web Service\

On version 6.44 or higher, this error can occur if there was a problem with the communication attempt to the licensing server. Please verify internet connectivity, restart your browser and try again.

If the error persists please contact support.
