Error - "Connection to that server could not be made, try a different URL" in Admin application

To resolve this error, you'll need to enter to correct riteSCAN Web Service URL in the Admin Utility.

1) In the Admin Utility, click the System Setup tab

2) From the menu on the left, click Web Service Settings.

3) Enter the correct URL (use the same URL as on the Login screen of the riteSCAN Client) in the box and click Save Changes.
