This error occurs when the riteSCAN Client is not able to communicate with the riteSCAN Web Service.
1. Verify that the URL matches "http://YOURSERVERNAME:8300/ritescan.asmx".
On Windows Clients or Handhelds "YOURSERVERNAME" should be replaced with the name or IP address of the server hosting the riteSCAN Web Service.
2. Try connecting using riteSCAN Windows Client installed on the riteSCAN server itself. If the connection succeeds check the server firewall settings and begin network connection troubleshooting.
3. Restart the Ultidev Web Service on the server
