On the riteSCAN Server, perform a Repair function on the riteSCAN Web Service and/or the riteSCAN Administration application.

Open the Control Panel, Add Remove Programs.

Locate riteSCAN Web Service in the list of applications.

Right click the riteSCAN Web Service and choose Repair.

Follow the prompts to complete the Repair.
