Error - "XML File Read Error"

When logging into riteSCAN users get a XML File Read Error. Follow the steps below to resolve

On the riteSCAN server go to C:\ProgramData\riteSOFT

Delete 4 files

Go to riteSCAN config

Registration Tab

Deactivate License then Activate

Log into riteSCAN and the error should no longer be presented
