SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Roles

The following options are found in the Setup menu. You must be a member of the Administrators Role in order to access the Setup Menu. Click Setup, then click Roles.

Roles are used to group Users for the purpose of assigning module settings and access rights. Roles determine how the system will function for the members of that Role. For example, you could choose to deny access to a specific module such as Job Issue for members of the "Receiving" Role.

The Roles screen is used to Add, Edit, Copy or Delete SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse User Roles.

You can search for an existing Role using the Search box. You can also click the column headings to sort the list by that column. Click the 3 dots icon to add a Filter to the grid to narrow the list of Roles to a more defined scope.

Defining a Default Role

You can choose a Role to use as the default Role when adding a new User, importing Users, or when a new User is created after an employee logs in to SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse for the first time. See Users for more information on adding Users.
