SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Reports Module Introduction
The SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Reports Module allows Users to run basic reports for Transactions, Time Tracking data or Pallets that have been performed or created in SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse.
- Users will have access to Reports unless they are specifically denied access to Reports in Setup > Roles > Modules > Reports > Deny Access to Reports
Tap or click on Reports in the navigation pane on the left hand side of the screen in SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse to open the module.
Create Report Walkthrough
- Click Create Report.
- Enter Name and Description you want.
- Check Shared to share the report with other SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Reporting Users.
- Select the Date Range you wish to see Data for.
- Select the Type of Report wanted; Transactions, Time Entry, Pallets or Forms
- Add any extra Columns wanted on the Report.
- Delete any unwanted Columns by clicking on the Trash Can icon.
- Order of the Columns can be changed by dragging a Column up or down in the list.
- Apply any Filters, Sorts, Groups or Aggregates wanted on the Report.
- Click the Create button to finalize Report Creation.
- Click the Run button to run the newly created Report.
- Click the Copy button to quickly make a Copy of a report make any needed changes to it and then save it with a different name.
- Click the Trash Can icon to Delete an unwanted report.
After running a Report a User can:
- Reorder the Columns by dragging them left or right.
- Filter the data by clicking on the 3 dots, selecting Filter and entering values and conditions.
- Sort the data by clicking on the Column header.
- Export the Report to Excel or CSV file.
- Report can be printed using the Web Browser's print option or pressing Ctrl+P.
