Locate Printing Options:

    1. Find the configuration options for Output Locations, which is under Setup->Printing->Output Locations

    2. Inside of the Output Locations, on the top right, click Add Location.

    3. Inside of Add Location, fill in Name, Description, and Folder Path. See screenshot for reference:

    4. Click save. Now this output location can be selected when printing labels inside SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse.

Important Details:

• Enter the desired UNC path for the network folder where the print output will be saved. (This is the Folder Path.)
  • Example: \\ServerName\SharedFolder\SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse\Output Locations\PO Receipt\Output
• Ensure this path points to a folder accessible by SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse.
• The Folder Path CANNOT be a mapped drive.

Additional Considerations:

1. Permissions:

   • Ensure that SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse has appropriate permissions to read/write to the network path. This will involve:
     • Granting read/write permissions to the shared folder for the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse user.
     • Verifying that the path is accessible from the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse server.
