1) Download the plugin file using the link provided by a riteSOFT employee.
2) Unzip the file. There will be folders inside the extracted directory for Android, Client and Server if applicable.
3) Copy the dll(s) from the unzipped "Client" folder to the [SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Install Directory]\Plugins\Client directory (create this directory if needed)
4) Copy the dll(s) from the unzipped "Server" folder to the [SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Install Directory]\Plugins\Server directory (create this directory if needed)
5) Copy the dll(s) from the unzipped "LotPlugin" or "SerialPlugin" folders to the [riteSCAN 8 Install Directory]\App_Data\LotPlugin or SerialPlugin directory (create this directory if needed)
6) In SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse - Setup - System Setup - License Information - License Info tab, click Update License. The Plugins checkbox should now be checked. If it is not reach out to riteSOFT Support to have the Plugins option enabled on your SYSPRO Mobile WarehouseLicense.
7) In SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse navigate out of Setup and back to the Modules, Refresh the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse page and you should see a Plugins navigation item in the left pane:
8) If you are receiving errors or do not see the plugin in SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse, please Restart IIS.
FOR ANDROID (APK) INSTALLATION OF PLUGINS:
1) The APK will be located in the Plugins folder you received from the riteSOFT team

2) Download the APK onto the Handheld scanner (device)
3) On the Android Device itself, Navigate to Files
4) Find the Newly downloaded Plugin file, if the file name ends in zip like this: “TestPlugin-Signed.apk.zip” Perform steps 5 - 9. If it end in APK move on to Step 10.
5) Click and Hold on the file to Highlight it
6) Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner
7) Select “Rename”
8) Go to the end of the File Name and remove the “.zip” at the end
9) The name of the file should now reflect “TestPlugin-Signed.apk”
10) You should now be able to install the Application
11) Find the newly installed App in the Android's list of Apps and run it
12) Once Logged in, the Plugin's Tab will be in the bottom ribbon next to "More"
Important Note: In some cases, when the .dll files are acquired through an email attachment or downloaded from a web portal, Windows may "block" the files. They will need to be unblocked before copying them to the Plugin directory noted below. Simply right click the .dll file and choose Properties, then click Unblock and OK. See image below.
Additional Tips:
You will want to stop IIS when you place the .dll files and then start it again after they have been placed. Or you can place the .dll files and then restart IIS.
