The SYSPRO Pallet Query for SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse works directly with SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse’s pallet tracking. This application allows users to view Pallet information from SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse in their SYSPRO system in live time.
Installing the Application
- Visit our support site in order to download the SYSPRO Pallet Query Application Builder.
- Once downloaded extract the file to folder/location on your PC of your choosing.
- Place the newly extracted file “GetCompanyConnectionString” in the SYSPRO folder within the C:drive C:\SYSPRO\Work\vbscripts\vbsmodules.
- Open/Edit “GetCompanyConnectionString” with Notepad +
- Modify the file and ensure the username and password match your SQL connection.
Open SYSPRO
- Navigate the top menu bar and select the “Administration” tab.
- From the Administration menu select the Application Builder drop down menu, and then select an open application from the list.
- Once the new menu populates, select Import a Customized Pane.
- Browse/navigate and open the “RSI Pallet Query Final Changes” Txt Doc from the location it was saved.
- Ensure the Custom Panes are all toggled on when the new menu populates on screen, and then click import on the top menu bar.
- Close the new application that populates after you click import.
- Left click and drag the application from the Recent Programs list into the favorites menu.
- Next right click on the tile within the “Favorites” menu, select properties, program details, and then rename the application “Pallet Tracking Query”.
- Open the “Pallet Tracking Query" from the favorites menu. Select options and rename the program once again to “Pallet Tracking Query” and hit Enter on the keyboard to continue.
- Remove the following Pins from the Pallet Tracking Query; Jobs, GRNs, GIT References, Dispatch Notes, Purchase Order, and Sales Orders.
- Drag the remaining pins in
to place by positioning them as follows: Place the Items Pin on the bottom of the application, place Details pin on the left side, the Pallets Pin on the top, and the Pallet Info Pin to the right side.
- Once you have positioned the pins accordingly you should see the following layout as well as have a new tile now saved as "Pallet Tracking Query" in your favorites menu in Syspro, and you are ready to begin using the Pallet Tracking Query application.
