- Verify that the Microsoft .Net 8 Windows Server Hosting Bundle is installed on the riteSCAN 8 Server. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0
- Verify that if there are Plugins being used that the DLL files are the same version as the version of SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse installed. See the Plugins install guide for the location of the DLL Files.
- Uninstall and Reinstall SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse.
- Perform a iisreset on the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Server.
- Restart the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse Server.
