ODBC time out at the time of testing the SQL connection

If you are getting an ODBC Time Out when trying to connect SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse to the SQL Server, here are couple items to try:


1) Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption is in place but not setup on the server hosting SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse. Here's an example of errors that might be shown in the Event Viewer:



Solution was to Enable TLS 1.2 and 1.1 on the riteSCAN Server.



2) Verify that the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse server has SQL Server ODBC 64Bit Drivers installed on it.
