This error was being shown when SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse was configured to connect to the SYSPRO Load Balancer which was configured to connect to SYSPRO 7. The solution to this was to configure SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse to connect to the SYSPRO WCF Service in the SYSPRO Connection settings instead of the Load Balancer.
