One of the first steps after the riteSCAN Project Kick-Off meeting is to gather more information about your operations to ensure a successful implementation. riteSOFT, or one of our partners, will facilitate a meeting with you to:
- Highlight the riteSCAN 8 packages and services you purchased
- Define the project scope, goals, and timeline
- Collect information regarding your server, hardware, and labels
- Discuss your workflow processes and label printing and how all of it will be implemented in riteSCAN 8
- Outline client responsibilities
After the meeting, we will summarize this information into a document and share it with you.
