This error was encountered on a new Windows 11 install but it is an option in Windows 10 as well so it could happen on those clients as well. This happens when trying to login.
The solution is to Disable FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption.
1) On the client that is encountering the issue go to the Start Manu and search for Local Security Policy.
2) Expand Local Policies
3) Click on Security Options
4) Find System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryptions in the list of items.
5) If it is enabled, double click it and change it to Disabled.
6) Restart the client and try logging into riteSCAN 6 again.
